I had ordered Shoes and that ordered against they delivered me ladies kurta

Dear Sir/Madam
On dated 24.09.14 I had ordered by Paytm site Zovi Black Pointed Men’s Slip on Formal Shoes with Heel (Size 6) Quantity, Price – 349 which ordered No #PTM602307662 on shipping address M/s. Barak Valley Cements Ltd. BTC Building, SP Road Silchar Chachar – 788001 Assam but Paytm delivered me Ladies Black & White XXL Geometric Print Kurta against Order No PTM602307662 but when I was ordered, their confirmation mail was same which I was ordered. When I got against Order No PTM602307662 ladies Kurta inlieu of Formal Shoe I was call Zovi customer care they told me their site shown them I had ordered ladies kurta, I told them no I had ordered formal shoe then they told me you contact the PayTM customer care. I have been contact by e-mail paytm again & again last 3 days i.e. from 06.10.14 but from their side no response. For their negligence I have been suffering.
So, Please enquiry the matter & do the needfully.
