Ordered Dish tv on 5th morning & yet not received my shipment

i ordered my dish tv with registered number 7838110868 in 5th morning i paid the money in advance then i got a mail from dish tv that i ll get my shipment in 24hours next day when i called them they said policies have changed now it wusually takes 48-72 hours its more than 5days now & still i did nogt receive my kit.
