I have ordered a phone from an online site timtara.com on 19th july 2012 fir rs 15718 and they promised me the delivery of my order within 3weeks. But i haven’t got my product. Now i asked them to refund my money and they told me that it’ll take 3 working days to cancel my order and then 7 working days to refund my money. I feel cheated. This online site has been fooling many innocent people. Please help me getting my money back.
