i have purchased a bag from luxcart 25-7-2014 they send me the wrong bag and charged rs 1000/- more than what they said. after that i checked it was not what i ordered after 15- 20 days they have reversed me the bag and again they send the wrong one after that i called them they said it was not in stock thats why it happened but from 15 days now they are even not picking up the call and replying of mail and whatss app also
