Order received for Gawn and delivered wrong product

Respected Sir,
I gave an online order for the product of gawn but the febdeal company send us a different cheap, torn and piece cloth of sarees.
Please do the needful action against this matter and arrange the refund of my payment of Rs. 1401/-
