Order not received — Credit card charged

Hi Team,

I placed an order through www.Whaaky.com for Rs.1000 and the order number for the same is S80591401 on September 16th, I received aEmail that your order has been confirmed and you will get the product in 10 days, after 3 day I got another message / email saying that your order has beed shipped through ECOM courier service and you will receive it shortly. It’s almost 1 month by now I didnot received my order and my credit card has been charged for Rs.1000/-. When I try to reach to customer support of Whaaky they did not respond to me and they disconnected my call . They blocked my number and whenever I call them , I get the response number is busy try later , I am trying this for past 20 days , No response. I checked with the Ecom courier with the tracking number / consignment number 106393462, but they say this this is invalid number . There is no such ID number with us. I emailed back to whaaky about my order on 25-09-2014 , they replied to me saying that they will revert back to us regarding this and let you know, but there is no response from them. I am sending the email to them daily about this. But I did not get any response , they never pick my call, if they do they will bluntly disconnect my call without hearing my queries. I have all the proof with me Please help me in getting this resolved.
