Order Payment made but order not received

I had placed an order at ” Patanjali online Grossary store” on 27Aug2016, but till date havn’t received my order.
Moreover the the order ID “5368” generated is unable to track the order. I tried to contact the Patanjali officials several times but there’s no response from their side.
They arn’t even attending the calls nor replying to the mails. I had made an online payment and now am unable to track the order or cancel it to get my money back..
