On 18th Feb I participated for 100bestbuy contest and I was returned the amount of Rs. 299 on your website. Then in a telephonic conversation with your representative I came to know that the amount will be adjusted with another purchase.Then I purchased a Lee Mens Cowboy Fit jeans – Blue order no. 3852742 and I was informed by a apologised letter that their will be slight delay in sending my order number : 3852742 due to unavoidable circumstances beyond your control. But still now my order has not been reached to me. By a telephonic conversation with your representative (Mr. Rohan) I came to know that I’ll be refunded. but there is no refund to me still now. So this is my heartiest request to you to please see that matter because now they (your representatives) are not picking my phone an so I couldn’t know the status.
