I placed an order last week and received the same promptly.
This week I placed another Order 408-0705336-0817101
and when I tracked the same on AMAZON India I was surprised
as it stated I could not be contacted despite being at home and on call too.
So on wednesday I contacted Amazon who called me back and assured me
the Order would be delivered on Thursday. Today when I did not receive my
Ordered Items I looged on Amazon only to find out that they will not deliver my items but choose to refund. What kind of decision is this? What gives them the right to do so? How can they make a customer go from pillar to post for days and then decide to do as they please. I am not just disappoint by this AWFUL treatment but absolutely disgusted. Does AMazon think we have nothing better to do???
