I had placed an order for a mobile phone on 24th July, 2017. I made the payment via Debit Card. The amount was successfully debited (deducted) from my account, but the order was not placed. Even though the the order was not placed, over a duration of a week they have not refunded my debited amount back. They say that the Payment didn’t reach Flipkart.
The statement from my bank clearly shows that the amount was debited on the name of Flipkart (See attached images)
