Order not delivered yet and payment has been done “Street Style Store”

Dear Concern,
I’ve placed the online order of amount Rs 999 on 9th December’15 as per them the order are supposed to deliver within 21 days but it been a month till now i didn’t receive the order. I’ve dropped no. of mails to their help-desk but every time i am getting the same response that it’ll dispatch, they are not responding on calls and not even communicating properly.
