Order not delivered from Timtara

Hi,

I had purshased an invertor from Timtara online shopping and paid 3999/- for the same on January 25th of 2013. till now I didnt received my product, and they are not even responding for my phone also. It seems that I have been cheated by them. Here are my Order details: Order #10388948 Contained 1 x Luminous Inverter – 875VA LB Squarewave. Please help me in recovery of my product or money..
