Order not delivered even after 13 days

I Jignesh, with registered mobile #7709537737, raised order # OD003046670901373500 on 6 June, 2015 10:55 PM and bought one items in the order.

This item has not been delivered to me yet which was originally committed by Flipkart to be delivered by 18th June 2015.

I called up Flipkart customer service on June 16th, 2015 who registered my complaint # 150616-019123, and assured to get the item delivered in the next 48-72 hours.,
Since I have not received the item even until June 19th 2015, , I called up Flipkart customer service twice on the 19th July 2015 whose representatives asked me to wait until 7.00pm next day and again assured we will resolved the issue.

On Same Day i got new mail, Since, “the seller could not fulfil your order within the promised date. Please let us know whether we can proceed with cancellation, so that you can place a fresh order for the same.” and if i will not cancel then they will automatically cancel the order.

Now if i will place fresh order then i need to pay 920 rupees instead of 699 rupees.
Means they are forcing me to take item with paying higher value.

Flipkart deceived me, troubling and spoiling my entire 15 days durations. I am completely disappointed by this experience and false claims by Flipkart.
Since Flipkart has caused me all this inconvenience, let me know why I should not file a legal case against Flipkart.
