Order Not delivered and No response from Company

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: bigadda.com

I have placed an Order with Online Payment.

They have told, they will deliver the product within 10 Days.

I Used to call their customer care almost 50 times a day but no one is bother to Pick my call.

Also I mail them twice a day seeking the
Order status but I didn’t get any response from them.

Only once they called me to confirm the Order after that they have not contact me.

I am having a very bad experience with them.

Please help me to get my order or they should return my money.
