Order Not Delivered

Name of company/service: HomeShop 18

I have ordered a Jewellery from HomeShop 18 on 25th September 2012.I was promised that in 4-5 days.But since I didn’t get my article by 13th Oct,I inquired at my local Blue Dart courier office and they told me that the parcel has been lost in transit and we have conveyed this to HomeShop 18 and I was asked to contact homeshop18.I contacted them and asked about order,they promised me to look in the matter and take necessary action in 48 hrs.But since 13th Oct I am contacting them every 48 hr and I am always promised that swift action will be taken and you will be contacted in 48 hrs but nothing happens.Nor I get my order or my money.
Its really painful that a reputed online retailer is giving trouble to the customer.I even put Support tickets at the Website and every time I get standard reply- we are investigating the matter with our respective department to resolve this issue as soon as possible as case no-75241219 is already escalated.”
