I had ordered a product from Amazon.in and was informed that it would be delivered on Monday, October 15. I did not receive the parcel and when I tracked my shipment online it showed that the product was successfully delivered. I paid for the product via debit card and I am unable to get in touch with the agent who was to deliver the product and whose telephone number was provided in a text message by Amazon.in. I expect to receive the product as soon as possible and if it cannot be delivered I expect a refund. Thank you.
