I had ordered a cell phone to my father on an exchange offer. I got phone to office to get it exchanged and today my father is not having any phone. I was told that the product will be delivered today. At 3.22 i got a message saying the agent tried to call me but I was unavailable. I have been trying to contact the agent more than 100 times and he didnt pick up the call. Finally at 3.30 he picked and told another person will deliver the product. I am a prime customer and they have charged 500 for the subscription and even for 2 days still the product is not delivered,
