Order not delivered

Location/place: Rampur, Uttar Pradesh

Name of company/service: Seventymm.com

I would like to inform that I shopped 2 pair of New Feel shoes online from Seventymm.com, order number SMA0099727 on 19th April, 2012 and paid full payment by netbanking but till now I could not receive my order. I have sent several mail messages to deliver my order but I could not get their response. At last I called them and asked about my delivery they simply said they have delivered. I asked them I did not receive the order whom they have delivered. The could not clarify it. I don’t know what should I do now. I don,t want to leave this matter as it is as it would encourage them to cheat other people also. I am seeking help to know what should be my line of action.
