Hi,
I ordered some books from Bookadda.com website. As per their words they said they will deliver the order in 1 or 2 working days. i got the confirmation email for my order. 2 days later i got a tracking id but when traced it did not show anything. so the next day i called bookadda customer care executive. she told me that order has been dispatched and i will receive that in 24-48 hours. but its been 4 days i have not received my order yet. I am continuously calling them. They just say give me 5 minutes i will call u back. but they never call. now a time has come that they don’t even receive my call. when i asked for their manager number, the guy gave me another number of customer care. its really very disappointing. can you do anything to help me out.
