Order no. 903607OSS6A5C131 having AWB2GP05513676 (Two Products) not received from FirstCry

I have first time placed an order with FirstCry .com. no. 903607OSS6A5C131 which was placed on 15 July 2015 for 4 (Four) Items / Products having AWB Number: 2GP05513676 (Two Products) and AWB No.105GP05514723 (rest 2 Product)

They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: 2GP05513676 (Two Products) supposed to be delivered on 21 July 2015. Shipment reached kolkata on 23rd July at 10:25 AM. It could have been delivered by 25th July but they didn’t deliver.

I wrote the mail to Customer Care FirstCry .com on 27 July 2015 which they didn’t reply and then I wrote to customer care xpressbess which they relied on 29 July 2015 3:41 P.M apologising for delay in delivery. Afterward I again called by phone to customer care xpressbess which they said that the parcel will be delivered in 3-4 days after that I received a call from xpressbess saying that the parcel got damaged and after calling customer care xpressbess they assured me that the same product will be delivered to me from firstcry at same price (by Sweta Mishra Customer Care Team on my mobile from No. 02067046600 Time 07:56 P.M.)
Now I have received a mail from customercare FirstCry.com on 1 Aug 2015 8:33 A.M. that the amount is lying in my account and can be used in my next purchase with first cry.
… what the hell is this?
When I had written earlier that I want the same order or I will never order again and delete my account with first cry.

Why FirstCry is not using a good courier? This is my 1st order with FirstCry which was supposed to be delivered in two parts. The other part order AWB No.105GP05514723 (rest 2 Product) too was delivered late with an excuse message that my home was closed which was not.
So what First Cry thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment or refund the money?
Why should I purchase something new again from First Cry site apart from this they charge Extra if order is below Rs. 500/-. In my case Rs.498.20 is showing in the system and I had used discount coupon for purchase of Rs 578/- (Two Products with one item at discount)

I want urgent delivery of my order by 5th Aug evening positive… otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, ebay. They all deliver on the date mentioned at time of order or maximum 1-2 days. So compare your service against them where u stands its only the quality of service that is going to improve your brand. I had earlier written to you on mail that if I don’t get the same order than I am not going to purchase again from your site
