I’m a resident of Mumbai. I had ordered 2 belts from this website www.100bestbuy.com with the order no. 4604021, for Rs.684 on 13.06.2012. According to this website they were supposed to deliver the product by a week. But its been more than one month and still my product has not been delivered. The contact nos. they have given is so horrible that the executives do not come online for hours. And even after they come, they say that the product will be delivered by 3 days. And once they even gave me a no. which actually does not exist. 08065100968. This is really annoying as my product has not been delivered even after so much follow up. I even mailed them so many times, even to the CEO of the company, but not even once I got a reply to my mail from them. If the company cannot give me the products they can atleast arrange the money back to me. I humbly request you to please look into this matter and please give me a way forward.
