Dear Sir/Madame,
I had purchased an online TV cabinet form Houseful in September 2015 which was delivered on 9th Sept. with wrong parts. The assembly man an myself had lodged the complain the same day it was assembled i.e. on 15th Sept. There after on 16th received a mail saying complaint has been forwarded to concerned dept. On receiving no contact thereafter I phoned and they asked me to send the photos of the same t which I sent on #0th Sept. 2105. After sending more reminder and no contact from then I phoned again on and was requested by one of their executive Mr. Sagar to forward the photos again and he will do the needful. So on 27th October 2015 I forwarded the reminder and the photos mail I had sent to them dated 30th Sept. but till date there is no reply nor contact from them.
Being frustrated by their attitude and no response to get the needful done I am now writing for your kind help. I would be very much grateful if kindly take up this matter and get the necessary done at from your side.
