On noticing this, I have called yepme and raised a complaint 1097244 and they ensure that they will deliver the product asap.

But yesterday, they have generated a refund request with out intimating me and send me a mail . On contacting them, they are saying they can do nothing and can refund the amount only.

I want to know what is the relevance in refunding the money without delivering the product or intimating me without a heavy loss to me menntally and financially( by losing the net banking amount and contacting every time to north india from south india over phone.I want to know what I can do on this ?
