Order has not delivered on time

Hi,

I have ordered an Gift Item from Provogue website however they have given my order to GOJAVAS courier service on 12-Dec-14 in order (Docket No: MUMPVGP323420) to deliver to me. This order has to be delivered on or before 14-Dec but i haven’t received yet.

I have called to their call center but the agents who have answered my calls were gave inaccurate information every time. i have surprised by listening to their words. Gave me fake commitments and inaccurate information. They have lodged a complaint (SR# 304552) to resolve this issue and even i have sent an complaint to email (Received response ticekt No: 18598) but no response till date.

Kindly help me on this.
