Firstly I would like to know do you guys remember you have a business customer facing business.
These guys dont have basic working ethics. An individual orders food at 9:30PM and we do not get any intimation about the order. On regularly trying your Customer Care we just hear the irritating sound. Firstly we wait for 2 hours and their is no response from your side. And when we got our food that is the time you send your order. It this the way to work.
At 11PM we had to run outside to get our dinner. We made atleast 5 calls tried reaching out to Subway. Tried tracking our order. But I believe you people are looking out to just collect money.
And I want you to refund my Money. And I have a humble request to please shut your shop because you are unable to run the business.
You are unable serve your customers. And atleast have the courtesy to respond back.
