Order not delivered despite continuous false promises

I had ordered for a Queen Size Metal frame bed on 14-Nov-14 (Order no. 300652137) which showed a delivery date of 18-Nov. But when called for confirmation, the customer care representative informed her that it will be delivered by 27-Nov. She requested if the delivery can be made possible by 23-Nov and they assured the request has been logged onto the system and it will be done. I waited for the whole day on 23-Nov and no one came, nor did I receive any intimation from the customer care. So I called them back and they informed it will be delivered by 27-Nov. I specifically informed them that I am out of town from 28-Nov, so I’d need the delivery by 27th. On 27th again no one turned up and this time customer care informs me that they’ll deliver the next day but I asked them to deliver on 3-Dec.
On 2nd Dec, when I called to check the status-I was told my order is not in the system. after a lot of yelling, some one told me my order is there but they don’t have an idea where the product is and they have to track that down. Again after 4 repeated calls over 10 hrs I was told the product is in Chennai warehouse and I should Have it in couple of days. On 3rd Dec I hear that the product hasnt even been shipped from Bangalore.
Now this is heights! How long can a person go on with this. I will be cancelling my order but I wish I had known how pathetic their service was so that I could have atleast got a new bed without waiting 2 weeks for this.
Can anyone guide me on how to file a formal complaint against these people?
