I purchased a toy for my son from Flipkart, and after waiting a long time suddenly I saw in the order (order id: OD002664588667347200) section of flipkart website that they have cancelled my order without informing me, mentioning some silly excuses which is not acceptable for me. They should not show the product which they can not deliver to the customer. They blocked my money and I could have purchased the same product from other source by that time, but due to the delay from their end I couldn’t.
Some legal steps should be taken and penalty should be given for these type of activities. This is nothing but mental harrasment.
