Order cancelled but money not refunded

I have cancelled my two order on flipkart app one order of Rs 2600 & other is of Rs 2184 on date 22 dec 2018. But the amount is not receive till date. The flipkart show on app that the maximum date for reflect the amount is 28 Dec 2018 till please wait. I was wait up to 28 Dec 2018 but still refund not received. When call to flipkart customer care they says that seller has already refunded the money & refund processed from seller side so they provide bank transaction reference ID to me by mail & message. Please raise m complaint against seller/flipkart for refund not done.
