Inspite of my daily compalints regarding wrong deduction of STD calls to my mobile number (9341426312) still the same problem is continuing. I am embarassed to lodge this complaint to you as you have been following the same process of looting double charges for my std calls. It is shame on your part as yesterday morning from Appellatte authority back end people spoken regarding my problem and assured me that my problem has been solved but shockingly when i have made calls today i.e.04/01/2014 to A.P. Std numbers from my mobile from Raichur which is my home state again they have deducted 0.75 paisa instead of 0.35 paisa, the details are as follows 1. 09248866386 (IDEA-AP) call duration 01.48 minutes charges Re.1.50 paisa, 2. 09573172339 of A.P call duration 01.24 minutes charges Re.1.50/-.
After promising me yesterday for correct deduction again you are continuing your motto of looting customers money are you not feeling a little bit shame on your part for injustice. And The Head services people asking me for docket number which has been provided from appllette authority to solve my problem for your king information your appellatte authority not yet provided any docket number and even your customer care executives stoopped accepting my complaints telling that my complaint is under process.
Being a human atleast try to justice for your jobs or cheat the people from your end for your salaries.If you have that much necessity beg us you shameless people we will give you if your M.D. Anil Ambani failed to give salaries to you.
