i had online transfer of rs.3000/- towwrds 0241102000009997 and ifsc code IBKL0000392 its idbi bank account udaipur branch from indusind bank 100010****269 on 07th may 2014
from my acct amt got debited and same got credited to abv shared to idbi bank, but they idbi acct holder says they not recevied.. plz help me
