Online shopping issue

Dear Sir/Madam,
I thought of bringing to your notice that there is a cyber crime and consumer issue with the naaptol.com (located in Mumbai, Maharashtra) related to online shopping.
Recently (12/06/2012) I have placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Tab P1010 + Free Dock Station through online shopping (naaptol.com) and my order ID: 4187454 and price is 15,198INR which I have paid this money through online, once they have received the money from the bank, they have sent me a wrong item (Samsung Mobile Duos) instead Booked item through online(Samsung Galaxy tab P1010 + Free Dock Station). They suppose to deliver within 10 days, since I was out of station from my home address and requested them to deliver at my home, and I have received the wrong item instead booked item. Immediately as soon as I opened this item and called them(customer care : 09223516148) & Customer Call order number:09223537000 they said to me…you have not reported within 24 hours, so they cannot help me in this request and also I sent them a mail with the complaint ID: 3111825, but there is no response.
Before purchasing of this item, I have called them and asked, they have not informed me such a rule within 24 hours neither they have displayed on the website (naaptol.com), or during the online shopping. In fact I have asked them there is lot of difference in the delivery item (Samsung mobile (duos)) against the booked item & Cost paid 15,198INR (Samsung Galaxy Tab P1010 + Free Dock Station), they do not have any answer for this, in fact they have cheated and I think that is their business, because in the delivery I did not find any purchase receipt or guarantee card or invoice receipt. I have told all these information to them over the call and through mail, in fact the company did not displayed their contact address on the website (except [email protected] or [email protected]). I have asked this information to Rithesh over the call (employee of naaptol.com), he said to me they cannot reveal the address of the company and website is under maintenance…immediately I have asked him since how long it will be under maintenance…there is no answer for this question.
I request and kindly do helpful to me and for the public awareness…please ban this web site immediately…under the cyber crime and consumer issue (Cheating Case).
As on today, still whatever they have sent the wrong item…I have not opened this…and also sent email to all Newspapers, TV Channels, State government of AP, Central Govt of India under the cyber crime and fraud ( Cheating Case).
In fact discussed with my lawyer to file the case on this naaptol.com, as I do not have any mailing address of this naaptol.com except email address of the company([email protected]). However, we will send them their email id within 2 weeks, I request to the find the address of this company and immediately block this site (naaptol.com).
NOTE: As on today also, still they have displayed add for the Samsung Galaxy Tab P1010 + Free dock station…but when I called for order they said out of stock now. In fact I have all proofs like SMS, online print out, bank statement and so on.

Kindly do helpful to me and request we need to bring the social awareness to our public in India and across the world not to purchase (through online shopping @ naaptol.com).
