I have ordered a casual shirt from amazon on 30 sept having

it was delivered on 4th oct on the same day only i have issued a return request of the product as the size is too large that i have ordered they have notified the pickup should be on 5th oct between 2pm to 5pm but till date no pick up or refund of money is there.I have mailed and called customer service but no steps have been taken till date and they have kept the limit for returning till 9th of oct now at this stage what to do pls take action against this online shopping company
