My claim is for Rs.750/- . On 15-May-12 I have made online recharge of 750 rupees but due to unsuccessful message I recharge it again within few minutes for 750 rupees.
I asked for return of my 750 rupees shown as unsuccessful transaction to the company but they harassed and take un-necesssary time to hear my complaint I saying that I used both 750 payments service.
Kindly take this matter seriously, since these online transaction made them un-necessary gains of lakhs and crores of money.
Your action is appreciated.
