online recharge – amount deducted without successful recharge

Location/place: Chennai, TamilNadu

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I recharged my Tata no. 7418169260 on 5/10/2012 through debit card.
After completing the process, I didn’t receive any successful msg, although Rs. 300/- has deducted from my bank a/c.
I tried to talk to customer care representatives several times to solve the problem but I couldn’t.
Now I want my money back, but I can not contact the customer care.
