I have purchased Micromax A116 Mobile online from myvirtualplaza Hyderabad on 10thFeb2013 and paid Rs14999/- to that company. Still today 04-04-2013 this company did not contacted me by any communication source nor they have refuded money and not sent mobile . They are not accepting phones also nor giving any reply to my mails. My order no is MVP0029252 dt 10thFeb2013.Pl do the needful.
