I would like to raise and resolve a concern that i have booked a product from SBI FreedomRewardz online.
The purchase was done on 29/08/2014, the product was not received till 11th Sept. against committed delivery time of 7 day. I made call on service center on 12/09/2014 and received confirmation that product will be delivered with next one week ( Complaint no. was SNDU14992869784245 ) Still I have not received the product and service center is not responding about delivery properly.
