on 21st feb i purchased household furniture(sofa and mattress) by using a renowned online shopping website housefull.co.in my order no is 19240 but still i have received only my sofa that too is defective. i ha a pathetic expeience of service from housefull furnitures as no executive is ready to tell us the order status. my mattress has not been delivered yet and even after so many calls and complains i am not getting any answer from the housefull furniture. it completly seems like a online fraud they always ommit to call us back and povide the status of the good but they never turns back. i am very fed up. please suggest me how can i take a legal action against them??
the mattress was worth rs 6000/- and after that i spent a lot of my time to know the status of my ordered and paid product.
