Name of company/service: Bata
On 17 July 2012 order on site www.bata.in was made for Hush Puppies shoes of Rs 2799/-. Mode of payment was through ICICI credit card. On 19 July 2012 Track My Order on the site showed as invoice generated, till 27 July 2012 the shoes were not delivered nor the status had changed, complain was registered at the customer service, complain no 2012054072 registered. Till 30 July 2012 no respond to my queries were made, late afternoon I was told that the shoes have been shipped through Aramex courier service and I would be getting the same on 31 July 2012, As I contacted Aramex on 31 July 2012 it came to my knowledge that the shoes were brought till Kolkata and later sent back to Delhi as they didn’t had their services till Agartala, more than 20 calls and 03 emails have been made to company and the only reply is apology, till date the shoes have not been couriered to me, I would like to lodge a complain against Bata as I feel cheated and mentally stressed and even harassed.
