I have purchased Sari of Rs. 2280/- from online portal of Kalazone on 8th November 2014. Order No. is 28559. I haven’t get any reply for almost 15 days for product delivery. Hence I have called them & asked for the order status. They informed me that product is out of stock & I can either go for another product or refund. I have obtained the refund option as my important day was already passed for which I have procured it.
I have also sent multiple e-mails for my refund as well as call them so many times. Sometime even they didn’t picked up my calls. Also after some days there communication language get changed & now a days they just hang my calls without response.
Can I get my refund ASAP or need to start legal procedure against Kalazone.
