Recently I got a call from HDFC Credit Card department with regard to increasing the limit of the card. They said that they will be redeeming 10,999 from my account and instead they will be sending vouchers through which I should call the bank’s customer care again and get the refund of that 10,999. Just two days after that I received a call from the HDFC Cust Care again with regard to limit increase. I told them about the above incident and also told them 10,999 have been deducted from my card by IMPACT SOLUTIONS. The respected person said that they will refund the amount and it will not be reflected in the bill. But still nothing seems to have happened and the 10,999 is on my bill.
Now Impact solutions are saying that the vouchers can be used only at go india buyer website. When i asked them about no proper response. They are cheating people like this… I have also placed a complaint withthe HDFC bank but still no actions.
