Dear Sir/Madam,
We have placed an online order for Rs. 738/- for three pyjamas on 29th Jun 2021 in http://fashionbird.co.in/ from Instagram link, the payment has been paid but no acknowledge was generated nor there is no customer support contact. We found email id [email protected] from the website, even after multiple mails, no response is received. This is clearly an online fraud, please help us to recover our amount.
Below is the SMS text and have the same transaction reflected in credit card statement.
