Online Application Form for Coal India Limited

Same thing has happened with me regarding this matter. As i am getting that those who have sent the letter earlier to the above post bag they are having the problem. So coal india should have to think about that matter.
Till today i am getting the same information for downloading the admit card.

But we don’t have any problem from our side.

Plz Reply immediately from your side, those who are having the same problem.

What is written in the CIL Site…. That we will get admit card after 2 days…. is it updated or our admit card will not been issued?

Yes i too applied for Hr officer post, it showed earlier that hard copy not received,, but yesterday i got my admitcard . They informed me through sms and email.

i applied for ht post,but the information come that you are in the cases of non receipt of hard copy document,you will be processed through straggered basis,please give me information.

My case also was same, i send them my scanned copy of mba degree certificate, consolidated marksheet, handicapp certificate as well as photograph and signature quoting my application registration number. They issued my admit card within 12 hours.

My problem is different.I applied under mining stream.Me and my frnd got same registration numbers.I am unable to download my admit card.It showing an error “sorry,record is not found.pls check the inputs again”.My frnd got his admit card but with my photograph.I even called them and mailed them regarding this issue. but they are not responding.
can anybody pls suuggest me what should i do now?

@Ramesh, My Opinion is just goto consumer forum and make a complain over there with yours and friends documents.

I also support @sushant, what he is doing is right thing… No body is worried about our problem yaar…

I think the problem is from system deaprtment and the web application is not working properly from the begining.

Otherwise lot of issues and problem arises regarding this matter. Me is also not getting the admit card, though i have already been sent the document 25 days before from the last date….

Now we have to depend on god for getting chances for sitting to the examination….

Their telephone no is not working, have mail two times, no answer…. no information from them regarding the admit card for us… and after two have to go for the exam….. Think what is happenining in the country…. Till now no information that we will get chance or not….

Plz those who are having same problem pls write to them for giving provissional admit card and we will give the document at the exam time… otherwise we will be the sufferer…. Why they are not changing the date of exam where as the problem is lying with lot of candidates….

same problem here, i too have applied for hr post, have e-mailed them two times about the issue but no response.. there phone no’s are also not working.. i mailed them hard copy at least 15days before last date.. @sushant :i support you.

I too can’t able to download my admit card.but the msg showing “Application Provisionally Accepted” but can’t able to download.Day after tomorrow the exam,but still can’t get admit card.CIL pls focus on admit card problem.

Priya click “download admit card” after that disable pop up blocker on the screen( the pop up blocker msz will be just above the logo of coal India limited). When u will disable it automatic admit card will be displayed on your screen in pdf file. Make sure that your computer has adobe reader.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I APPLIED FOR CIL AND I ALSO SEND ALL COPIES THAN WHY THE HELL THEY DO NOT GIVE ME MY ADMIT CARD THEY SHOW THAT DUE TO HARD COPY THEY REJECT MY APPLICATION. WHAT THE HELL IS MY MISTAKE…..

COAL INDIA IS AS MUCH DUMB THAT THEY GIVE TWO LAND LINE NUMBER IN WHICH ONE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE AND ANOTHER ONE THEY SHOW BUSY OR OUT OF REACH ALWAYS(IN LAND LINE OUT OF REACH WOW)……

Those who have not received admit card durgesh4you to non receipt of hard copy, coal India is going to conduct separate exam for MT 2012. This notice is mentioned on their website. They will inform soon on their web. Common guys cheer up, god is with us.

i have same probleme………..As I have sent my hard copy with relevant documents near you through oridinary post on dated as instructed by advirsenment given by CIL. Now CIL have rejected my application due to non receipt of hard copy.
Kind Request you to please advice me how I will trace the same from post office and what is the means of apply online.I have all the proof of relevent documents with me

hey frnds gud news 🙂 here is notice on coal india website “ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES WHO COULD NOT GET ADMIT CARDS DUE TO HARD COPIES NOT RECEIVED WILL BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR FOR A SEPARATE WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR MT 2012. WE WILL NOTIFY THE DATE OF WRITTEN TEST IN OUR WEBSITE AND THEY WILL BE INTIMATED.” now happy 🙂

Guys keep the pressure on the information on the website can be a delaying tactics. Call and mail them everyday. Mail me your concerns @ [email protected]. I will consolidate and send them to coal india chairman, coal minister and ministry of public grievance.

I gave the MT-2012 examination which was held on Sunday, 22 July 2012.But I have recently seen at CIL website that Coal India Limited is going to take another examination for those candidates whose hard copy of application form with enclosure was not received at Coal India Limited before the specified date ( 18 June 2012).But , it is not fare because in the advertisement it has been declared that ”
After applying online, candidate is required to print the application form with unique registration number generated by the system. Candidates are required to send the hard copy of the application form along with required enclosures(self attested recent passport size photograph securely pasted in the space provided on the application form, Company’s copy of the SBI challan (in original), qualifying degree provisional or degree certificate, caste/disability certificate wherever applicable by ordinary post only to: Post Bag No. 43 G.P.O, Kolkata-700001 on or before 18th June 2011. Please superscribe the envelop on top as ” MT-(Discipline name)”.

1.It is important to note that, your candidature will be considered only if we receive the hard copy of the application forms along with the required certificates/enclosures on or before the last date. All candidates are advised to note that, CIL or subsidiary company offices will not accept any hard copy applications and it must be mailed to post bag address only.
Candidates are advised to keep several copies of the passport size photograph pasted by them on the application form, handy since the same photograph is to be used for subsequent documents, if shortlisted for interview.
2.The company will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit in submission of documents within specified time.”

The second point (which was declared in the advertisement) says that company will not be responsible for any postal delay.so Coal India Limited is going to take re-examination.why ??
There is some injustice with those candidates who gave the examination on 22 july.Because ,those candidates did not get equal time to prepare for the examination compared to the candidates who are going to give the re-examination.It is the problem to the candidates(who gave the exam on 22 july) as well as to the CIL.Because for this reexamination there will be delay to end the whole recruitment
process.
I think there should be high “Qualifying criteria in the Written Test for Gen/UR -60 marks in each paper,OBC(Non creamy layer)-55 marks in each paper,SC / ST / PH-50 marks in each paper” otherwise the appropriate candidate will be ignored.

to the hell with your thinking. many meritorious students didn’t give exam because of non reciept of hard copy … that was because they (coal india limited) said to send those by ordinary post. later they saw that many good candidates are left.. ultimate aim of coal india is to get QUALITY STUDENTS NOT QUANTITY… thats why they arranged this paper…

last but not the least “tumhara paper bura gaya hai tumhe pata hai tum qualify nahi karoge isliye apna dosh coal india pe daal rahe ho”…… sick fellow
