Purchased Onida 24 inch LCD HD TV on Aug 2011, become faulty on June 2012, the set is under warranty, given complaint to Onida Customer care on 16th June 2012, complaint number is 12060676380849, Technician came and informed that the Card needs replacement. On 25th June after following up multiple times with the Customer care a Technician came with a new Card, however after installing the card it proved to be faulty with a tag of OK on the card. Again called and till date there is no solution, please help me..
