One stop shop not provided any documents/certificate since feb 2010

Dear Sirs,

In the month of Feb 2010, I enrolled for the Business Partner with the code “BP00062018”. Since feb 2010 I am asking for certificate, but still not received any documents for the same I have paid INR 10000/-.
Please do the needful.
