ON WARRENTY REPLACEMENT

I’ve purchased a Sauna slim belt,which was booked from the site www.saunabeltindia.com at Rs1115,which was delivered to my address on 2nd June’12 and the belt stopped working on 30th June’12.On calling them on the given no.+91 9718403792,they told me to register a complain by messeging,after doing that I’ve called them several times but I’ve not received any response.Now they are also not receiving the call from yesterday.Please help me to get the replacement of the belt under 1yrs warranty period.

    I also purchased one Sauna belt from the site http://www.saunabeltindia.com at a price of Rs.1160/- on 1/5/12 vide receipt No.625 having address 3260/3,1st floor,Sirkiwalan, Delhi-110007 Mob.No. 9891407331. They also told me to register my complaint through massage from mobile phone according to them I also follow their procedure but now they are not picking my phone call. You are requested to help me to get the replacement. And also requested to necessary steps so that they can not cheat online buyers.
