On-line order fake & Damaged – Electronics

Hi,

I have ordered a Powerbank (20800mah) thru WHAKKY.COM….during May month 2015 (23rd may)…it was a duplicate & damaged one…again i have raised a complaint with them..for this defective product…..have got a new one on July 20th 2015….again its a damaged one…..have sent “n” no of mails, calls till date…but no response from them. Its based out of Hyderabad city. Need your help to get the solution. My order number – S80820927, Product: MI 20800 Power Bank.
