On cancellation of flight,no amt is refunded

I have booked a flight from Mumbai to Indore on 9th dec 2011.But due to some problems this flight was cancelled from Kingfishers side.and they provided me a hard copy of the receipt of Full Refund amt.But besides our regular calls,since 6 months,they are not refunding our amt,just asking us to wait for either 48 hrs or 14 days on every call.and since last month they are saying that it has been refund from their side,but till we didnt receive any.my PNR no.was-OTEKGE.And Virtual coupon No is-0902471791563.
