Dear Team,
I want to file complain against OM PACKERS & MOVERS,NOIDA,DELHI against damaging my house hold while shifting into PUNE from DELHI.
I moved to PUNE from Delhi due to my job change. For the house hold shifting I have booked OM PACKERS & MOVERS from Noida to PUNE. They have charged me 21200 rupees for transfer charges included 3000 rupees for insurance charges with the commitment “All the household were reach safe and secure. If any damage happens during this transportation, we will compensate that.
They have also committed that they can keep this household under their custody for 14days free of cost, if I exceed the time limit then they will charge me for extended period.”
But they have not kept any of their statements. Please find the issues and troubles I got from him , on delivering my house hold :
• My Washing Machine was broken from top side, which is not usable without repairing.
• My Freeze is having two dents and one part damage from top and bottom.
• My Cooler was fully broken, which is not even repairable and not usable worth Rs. 4400.
• My Double Bed and Single Bed furniture, having ply broken from some places.
• My plastic chairs are having dent mark.
For All of the above damages when I contacted to Mr Pankaj (Owner or Manager of OM PACKERS & MOVERS), he told me that we want to see for compensation process since my house hold tranasfer was insured. I had sent them all the pictures of those packed and broken materials to him on email.
He acknowledged me that he will reimburse all the damage and repairing changes, which never happened.
Till now on calling him more than 1000 times on phone (Since I am not more living in NOIDA) , he had just transferred me 500 RS which is not equal to damage cost.
My House hold was worth more than 1Lakh. Now he is no more picking calls from my number and not responding back in email.
This GUY and his company had cheated me, broken my all assets. His company had given me financial as well as mental trauma. I am fully exhausted by follow up with his company.
It’s my humble request to you, please accept my application and register s strong case against OM Movers and Packers Noida. And please resolve my issue.
Note: I am having all original receipts of payments with me and also I having damage proofs of my valuables on arrival from his company to Pune.
