Olivea Travels – False promises and filthy service in the name of business class service

I travelled in Olivea on 24 Apr 2013 from Chennai to Bangalore.

While booking ticket it was mentioned that the bus would be business class…services include individual monitors, clean toilets, onboard services etc etc. “BUSINESS CLASS”.

Olivea travels is a disgrace to Business class service…had the worst experience on my travel from Chennai to Bangalore on 24 Apr 2013. The scheduled bus was at 11:30 pm which was cancelled. I was advised there is a 4:30 pm bus available which I can book and I did so.
– Upon boarding the bus I was informed the monitors does not work.
– A/C is not cold enough and the blankets provided stinks. Unused blankets are not packed and kept but simply kept on the overhead compartments that are full of dust
– Seat A3 recliner did not work so I was offered a seat at the last row
– The engine sounds even louder that an aircraft engine when you sit at the last row
– Rear engine bus, no proper cooling system, smoke and heat from the engine was suffocating and it was extremely difficult to sit at the last row (all passengers at the last row complained of the same problem)
– Food was served – tray tables were all broken – food tray had to be carried in one hand
– Toilet was dirty and stinking so bad that the driver had to stop the bus more than once to buy room spray (more than one can got over during the journey)
– There was no water in the toilet

For such a filthy service customers are charged INR 1850 ???

Can anything be done to ensure that such service providers do not cheat any further customers in future? and sufficient compensation given to the customers who have been cheated?
