sir im from meerut city im doing my bussiness there is have a electric meter in my shop there display is not comming so i have compalin to pvvnl to change my electric meter.they have change it but after it they did not correct my electric bill last to month im going in there office and asking to correct my electric bill but they always say that he will do many time i have provide my electric bill copy to them but they say this time we will do .after it they correct my bill they just do it double .if pvvnl office did not do there work properly than please tell ous that why a ordinary man willpay there bill then we are trying to do our duty .but when ever any person want to do there duty properly the officer did not do there why pvvnl provide salary to such type of officer .there is detail of my connection. meter no 2012MA9022
